Hi, I am Colombian and I find it very offending that you KATHY AND NATE jump to conclusions about Colombia without knowing the facts! Have you ever even been to Colombia? It's a beautiful country with a lot of culture to offer but all you think about it is that its "the most dangerous". Please! Before you believe everything you see on TV and start offending people, THINK before you write something like that. Do you realize, KATHY AND NATE, how many countries there are in this world? And do you honestly believe that out all of those countries Colombia is the most dangerous? That's funny because if it was the most dangerous then how come my whole entire family and everyone I know has lived there their whole lives without crime? You all talk a lot, but you don't seem to know much about facts. The United States Goverenment, has this country so blind. The poverty level with no running water or electricty. Half of our prison system are marajuana related charges, that the Mayor of New York ran a six year test to tell if you smoke pot for 6 years all day you may get bronchitis. No cancer, no liver damage, no heart damage. But they legalized alcohol that not only kills the body, but drinking and driving kills innocent children.Prostitution, they are still locking men and women up for having money put in their hand for companionship, but you can wine and dine them to sleep with them and that is o:k. One of our men came back from Iraq and said on national tv that he refused to go back over there and kill more innocent women and kids. That they are no threat to us and never was. Mr Bush is a very greedy man. He is building a pipeline from Texes through their country and instead of making some kind of agreement with them, He rather kill them and take their land. Im not a prostitute, nor a pot smoker. I've always believed in Jesus Christ and He told me not to be a follower, but to have a mind of my on and ask question to form my own opinion about things. I am a very happily married female. I have smoked pot when I was younger as well as alcohol. I do still smoke cigarettes. But research your theories before forming your opinion, because you just may mislead or misguide some weak mind. Don't listen to the government and take it as an oath. Go on line and search Poverty, Inflation, Biofuel, that is a good one. Mr. Bush is so greedy all we need is deisel engine cars.Biofuel is oil that will run a car, with out the polution, and put the farmers back to work full force. I wish this site would actually educate people on how to read these statistics or, from the start, show accurate percentages. The United States, as a whole, is one of the safest nations in the world, with one of the better legal systems that exists. What matters most is the city. You have to click the little "per capita" link to actually see the true listings. The way this site shows "rankings" next to countries is downright misleading and dangerous in and of itself. |

The Right to Bear Arms has existed since BEFORE crime statistics, Gated Communities etc...Were it not for Arms, We'd still be Subjects of the Queen. I'll take dangerous self-determination over servitude to inbred Monarchs any day. I AM a Soveriegn of ONE. |
