UNDP Romania is seeking a Project Manger for the Business Incubators Project to oversee and have ultimate responsibility for its smooth and timely implementation. The PM will have the administrative, financial and organizational responsibilities for the delivery of the project within its timeframe, budget and objectives. Qualifications required: Academic degree in Economics, International Relations or a discipline related to business management, or equivalent work experience in project related assignments, preferably in an international context; excellent computer ability; full working knowledge of English, including excellent writing and communications skills; professionalism and maturity; ability to design and develop new initiatives; sound judgment and good analytical skills.
