Washington, D.C. – The American Institutes for Research’s (AIR) National Center for Technology Innovation (NCTI) is hosting the 2008 Technology Innovators Conference on November 20 and 21, 2008 at the Madison Hotel in Washington, D.C. The conference will explore the latest international technology trends and challenges, focusing on how to use technology to educate tomorrow’s leaders. Participants will discuss current technology issues and solutions with internationally renowned leaders from academia, the special education community, foundations, industry, and the media. Participants will also have the opportunity to “test drive” technology innovations such as instructional and assistive technology tools for students with special needs. When: Conference begins on Thursday, November 20, and concludes on Friday, November 21.
