Princess Charming
31st March 2005 		I am interested in the small town of Saida in Algeria...I want to know about the people and the economy. I cannot find anything specific about that place. I have been researching Algeria, and want to know why they don't issue very many visas to their citizens...the government there seems to treat complete strangers better than their own citizens...any info about Saida would be valuable.
