I need information on immigrants. Here are just some of the questions I need answered: Why do they move to Belgium? What are the jobs they seek in Belgium? What are the schools like, what is the standard of living, what is the annual salary of most jobs, and is there land available to live on and to farm? These are only a few of the questions I need answers to. This is for a social studies project. |

One of many reasons immigrants love to move to Belgium is it's social security system, which is one of the 'strongest' around the world. Some social problems like being unemployed are solved in a financial way. Having no job, no-one will really force you to go to work and still one will receive at least about 600€ monthly by the state. Among other things, a doctor's bill is being payed back for about 90%, a service that is offered for a little annual ammount of money. |
