The homes in Brazil are very different about the USA homes, the material used to build it! The material is resistance, no wood, or similary thing, just brick...and the interior division too to built with brick, many brazilian have not a house of their own...

Hi Brasil-lovers !

A request for a small favor….. I’m a student Leisure Management in Amsterdam, Holland and currently busy with my final report with the final target to set up my own holiday accommodation in Lovely Brasil! For my research I’ve developed a questionnaire on the internet. The target group is as follows;

Everyone between 20 and 75 (all nationalities) who has been to Brasil or has plans to visit Brasil.

So, do you match this profile; activate the link mentioned below and fill in the questionnaire……

http://bsekoe.net/enquete/engels/enquete.asp

If you know people who match the profile I’ll be very happy if you send them the link for the questionnaire…..

Filling in the questionnaire takes about 10 to 15 minutes.

Thank you already very much in advance and maybe in a year or so I’ll open my own holiday accommodation in Brasil. By then I’ll let you know through this forum.

Regards,

Marit

I am composing an Energy Outlook report for Brazil for the next 10 years. I have already gathered data from the US Dept of Energy (EIA)and have tried to gather information from the Ministry of Energy and Mines in Brazil - their website publications are all in Portuguese, which is difficult, but doable. Does anyone have more information sources to recommend for anything related to the energy sector in Brazil, especially consumption by sectors and upcoming public policies related to Energy? Thanks!

HI! I am Mr. Albert P. Revilles, a Senior Tax Specialist at the National Tax Research Center, Department of Finance, Republic of the Philippines. We are currenctly undergoing a research on the improvement of the government's tax system particularly on the Value Added Tax system. We are really so desperate as to information regarding Brazil's Value added Tax System particularly on the the provisions of input VAT on capital goods. We read in some articles that Brazil is allowing the spreasding of input VAT on capital goods for certain years. Please be informed that our country is looking into the possibility of adopting the same practice with the end in view of improving the fiscal position of our government. I would appreciate it very much if you cound provide me some data/nformation on this matter.
