Christopher Silva (U K London) 31st July 2007	Dear Sir, Currently the inflation is running at about 17% and given the fuel increase of 17% and borrowing by the state it worriying for the future. I beleive as it has been suggestted the Telecommunication, airlines, Ports and plantation should be liberalised to create jobs and tick start the economy and in the rural areas new advance farm technology be taught and intriduced and irrigation. Further public expenditure be re-organised and increase economic freedom which is very low.
