Dear sir/madam,
I find your country profile on Ireland very interesting and informative.
However,the following is part of your geographic reference to Ireland.
"Western Europe, occupying five-sixths of the island of Ireland in the North Atlantic Ocean, west of Great Britain"
The term Ireland applies to the whole island, not just the Republic. Could you please change the reference to something like this ""Western Europe, five-sixths of the island of Ireland in the North Atlantic Ocean, west of Great Britain, is an independent republic. The remainder is governed by Britain."
