It is somehow strength that visible crime is often a theme for talking...but what about the crimes that are silent, those that cannot be really seen?like the one I believe to have experienced: Being married with the person I trusted the most, being ignorant about Finnish laws and its working ways, made me loose a lot of money because of the way my "partner" cheated.It was very easy for him. Two years later...after collecting and finding proof, I was told that time has passed so it is not possible anymore to ask for justice...There is pain in my heart not only because "huijaus" took place, but because of the lack of support towards this matter. I think, somehow, it is easy to cheat in Finland as long as you find a foreigner who doesn't know the language or the finish law. I strongly believe I have been the victim of a crime in Finland, and I was not listened to. |
