The amount of legally required minimum vacation time is incorrect. The legal minimum is 5 weeks. The 2 weeks of RTT do not apply to everyone. Only businesses that have over 20 employees are required to either enforce a 35 hour work week or provide additional time off (RTT). It is actually rather unfair to employees who work in small companies. If there are less than 20 employees, the employer can require that employees work 39 hours a week and only get 5 weeks of vacation! |
