Located at the crossroads of Europe and Central Asia, Georgia’s three major oil and gas pipelines, Black Sea ports, well-developed railway systems, together with its airports are playing an increasingly important role, linking East & West. |

Agree that geographical boundary of Europe is the great Caucasian ridge, which is part of Georgia's territory, so at least part of Georgia is situated in Europe and part of it is in fact in Asia.
Culturally, however, Georgia historically has been aligned with Europe (wherever this was possible). This is true both for a religious affiliation (Christianity), and political/military alliances it was trying to built - first through the Byzantine Empire, than through the common military strategy with European powers during the Holy Wars, and than with Russia (when Russia itself was trying to define its place as an European country during the rains of Peter the Great and subsequent rulers) |

Georgia may be culturally part of Europe, one day it may also be politically part of Europe, but all physical geographers will tell you that the geographical boundary of Europe is the great Caucasian ridge. Therefore, geographically, Georgia is in Asia. |
