The dutch millitairy got the blame but there is absolutely no prove for it in whatever experiment they used on me. hkb 22nd June 2005	According to "The Military Balance" Japan's navy consists of approximately 50-60 destroyers/frigates and compares favorably with the capabilities of neighboring countries, including China. Japan also has a sizable submarine force(diesel). But this page only mentions naval personnel. Why?
