Looks like historical confusion between the
Christmas Islands. One in the Pacific Ocean
and the other in the Indian Ocean.
Just look at the mapas.

heyy i have been to christmas island it is a really nice place ...i went over to see my friends danielle and alanah white .and that was the best eva .it was sooo much fun.with the beaches i liked dolly beach and the cove ! the grotto was also veryy cool and fun...i was in christmas island for 2 weeks and i was there for territory week and we did the raft race witch was also soo much fun..
well now because i liked it soo much i am doing a project on 5 different places around the world and my first pick was Christmas island because i loved it there...can i please have some info about it or some pictures of dolly beach n the gove and exciting places and how niice it is..but i have to hand the project in NEXT WEEK AHHH soo if u can.can u please send me stuff over to 16 everest-way Alexander Heights Perth Western Australia 6064
