In mentioned above exhibitions, American Cultural Programmes will have to arrange and American Traditional Dishes will be kept for sale. Following rules and regulations will be undertaken for the progress and prosperity of American students.
a) Among matric, fsc, bsc, engering.mbbs, llb, ca and diploma holders in all institutions, all those receiving degrees at the state level, ten each from girls and boys by cash prizes will be announced on behalf of the gov during invitation on lunch.
b) For above mentioned top ten intelligent students boys and girls each, tours for different historical and healthy sites will be arranged free of cast.

You should add an article "Sindh, Pakistan", because Sindh is the second largest province of Pakistan. The founder of Pakistan Quid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was born in Sindh. Pakistan's largest city Karachi in Sindh. Sindh province is also biggest tax payer in Pakistan. You should also include Sindhi language in you article. Sindhi is also second largest language of Pakistan. |

A very informative article. I noticed the issue of Kashmir has not been properly presented. The United Nations has passed a resolution to hold a plebiscite in the disputed region of Jammu and Kashmir, and as such it should be referred to as such. The resolution has been prevented from being undertaken by successive indian governments and notably by the indian army who are well aware that the people of Kashmir would vote overwhelmingly to join their ethnic, linguistic and religious kinsmen in Pakistan with whom they share history and geography with. The uprisings, violence and the presence of 700,000 indian ''occupying'' troops in the valley of Kashmir has done little to suppress the movement. The article should do more to properly present this issue without any bias. |

United Nations declared that Pakistan must withdraw 'aggression' of 1948 and there should be a plebiscite. Pakistan never 'withdrew' the aggression of 1948 and still holds large parts of Kashmir under its control. Plebiscite could not take place due to this and those people of 1948 who were eligible to participate in the plebiscite have passed away. In the Kashmir under control of India, there were elections continuously since 1947, whereas in the Pakistan controlled Kashmir, there were never any elections. So, where is plebiscite ? Pakistan talks about plebiscite without realising that they never conducted elections in their portion of Kashmir. Further, Pakistan surrendered a portion of Kashmir under their control to China. Now we have (3) Kashmirs: China Controlled, Pakistan Controlled and India controlled. It is only in India controlled portion that democratic process is there. |

Kashmir belongs to Pakistan. Late kings of kashmir declared that kashmir belongs to pakistan. But india from the beginning wanted kashmir as a part of there country. They had a vote. An the result was 51%pakistan and 49% india. Now thats where the problem occured. India didn't accept the results of the votes. After king of kashmire died india began to fight for this land. Even though I was born in India and grownup in pakistan and now in canada i belive that this land belongs to pakistan. Even if we give this choice to kashmiries majority would say that they want to be a part of pakistani land. Or either declare kashmir another country thats all. no offence |

The Indian who seemed so hostile towards UNO should understand that her country is down to its knees to become permanent member of secuirty council of the very same UNO. On what grounds then? Old habits die hard, India has always wanted to be in the driving seat, but that status is earned not only on the basis of numbers but many other factors, many of which like economy, disputed and dubious regional usurpings etc, etc.,are against India and also World is fully aware of the human rights violation in occupied Kashmir. |

Urdu is the national language of Pakistan. Hence, most people in Pakistan can understand Urdu. So you should write Urdu before Punjabi language. Also, Baluchistan is the biggest province of Pakistan by area. You should include its language (Baluchi) in the list as well. |

Mr. TOWNS. Mr. Speaker, all of us have been following with alarm the Indian attack on the Kashmiri freedom fighters at Kargil and Dras. India has been losing many of its troops in this desperate effort to crush the freedom movements within its borders. Casualties are mounting. The soldiers they sent to discharge this dirty war are demoralized. According to the Associated Press, an Indian colonel said that Indian troops `are dying like dogs .' A corporal is quoted as saying `Even in war we don't have such senseless casualties.'
Unfortunately, Mr. Speaker, most of these troops are Sikhs and other minorities sent to die for India's effort to suppress the freedom of all the minorities. These Sikh troops should not be fighting for India; they should be working to free their own country.
Now there has been a new deployment of troops in Punjab. A mass exodus from villages in Punjab is underway because the villagers are justifiably afraid that India's war against the freedom movements will spread to their homeland.
India reportedly also used chemical weapons in this conflict, despite being a signatory to the Chemical Weapons Convention. India has a record of escalating the situation with regard to weapons of mass destruction. India began the nuclear arms race in South Asia by conducting underground nuclear tests.
There are steps that we can take to make sure that this conflict does not spread and that all the peoples and nations of South Asia are allowed to live in freedom. We should impose strict sanctions on India, the aggressor in this conflict. We should stop providing American aid to India and we should support a free and fair vote on national self-determination not only in Kashmir, Punjab (Khalistan), Nagaland, and the other countries held by India.
I thank my friend Dr. Gurmit Singh Aulakh for bringing this situation to my attention, and I urge India to allow the basic human right of national self-determination to all the people of South Asia.

As I've seem to noticed, many seem to dispute the fact that Kashmir is in fact part of India. Until the day that Pakistan can successfully slaughter the entire population of India (they're trying hard to), it will remain with India. We learned our lesson once when we gave land to the Muslims. Now see the problems that have arisen from it. |

The Jammu Kashmir is integral part of India for already for 50 + years. If you just go by UNO resolution Israel should vacate the Jerrusalam long back and stop the building the wall. Many things didn't go as per UNO resolution and it is has no binding on leading countries and disputed items in the world. |
