27th June 2009 		To whom it may concern. I traveled to Puerto Rico with a group of friends from the states in 2000 and I wanted to show off my beautiful island. Unfortunately it was somewhat embarrassing when to every beach we traveled to the dogs filled with lice where everywhere. I don't understand WHY we can't get this under control. The last beach we went to was Cana Gorda and the dog there had lice all over with it's breast hanging and down to the bare bone. We have since gone back every other year with the same results. The last two visits we decided not to take anymore friends.
