Gulzar Khan 27th September 2010	Majority of the countries which were colonized by the western powers and got freedom in mid twentieth century have not been able to have a stable indigenous government. Military coups and corruption are the hall mark. How long will it take when these countries learn to have responsible governments and after installing governments learn to let them work is any one's guess.
