Is it possible for a person of modest means with a legitimate grievance against both the current PNP party Turks and Caicos Islands government and one it's richest belonger to achieve a just hearing and settlement with little money to dedicate to lawyers and a court proceedings? With the TCI societal structure based on British law and administered in much the same way that other British dependent territories were in the 1700 and 1800's penitrating the unwritten rule of privilege seems to be an insurmountable task for a normal person. |
