Dear Sir; I operated a research and development laboratory at a secured location for many years doing research on renewable energy propulsion systems. I currently have total designs for a propulsion system that will generate enough directional energy to move any submarine at twice the nautical speed of any currently operational submarine. This type of propulsion will allow any undersea craft the ability to become invisible to sonar and leave no signeture. I am willing to sell my designs to your navy department for the amount of twenty million dollars, USD.
Please advise me if your government would be interested in purchasing my designs. Thankyou very much for your kind attention.
