Would someone give a definition of a car? Acording to your stats, the US has 478 cars per 1000. Does this include light trucks of which there are many that are used for personal use or does it mean just passenger vehicles which is what most people would consider to be a car.
I look forward to a reply at: jepliskin@hotmail.com |

The chart says 765 motor vehicles per 100p (100 persons?). The definition doesn't come up but says motor vehicles per 1000 persons. 765 per 100 persons doesn't seem real. What is the correct number? If there are 7.65 motor vehicles for every man, woman and child in the U.S., what is the definition of a motor vehicle?
Thanks,
Huck Rorick
