Do you have any statistics on the number of paraplegics in Namibia and then specifically Oshakati and Ondangwa for a comparison?

I want to know the latest fertility, mortality and migration in namibia, and the reasons for that

I don't think your information is based on facts. The life expectancy is not in 40's as you stated. I am a Namibian and I know what I am talking about. Aids is the only disease that is shortening the lives of many but other than that you will find that there are so may people in Namibia, especially in the villages who have come to live beyond 80 years of age. I don't know where you got your information from. My grandmother will be 90 sometimes this year, my grandfather died in his early or mid 90's. I am sure if you do more survey in the remote parts of Namibia, you will come up with something better.
