Yes people do live in the desert most are farmers and survive off the resources which there are little and don't ask how i know this i just finished the Sahara today in class BORRING!!! |

90% live in the cities. The other 10% live around oases, raise a few crops and goats. There are no cacti in the Western Sahara. Cactus comes from American New Mexico style deserts. Because there is no farm able land and because rivers do not make it to the sea, there are no rainfall charts. |
