8th September 2005 		Now is time to help Serbia and Montenegro. Miloshevich and NATO (read USA) destroyed the country. Still S & Montenegro is country with most european look comparing the Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Macedonia... Beautiful roads, mountains, sea, goodloking and friendly people, clean towns with the best infrastructure compared to other Balkan countries. So foreign investors should think about.
