im Shayla & im from Las Vegas NV. Im African American mixed with Caucaisan.
I believe that Zimbabwe is my favorite country. But since i am only 13 i cant really do anything about the poverty their. I want to help the fact that there are Starving Billlionaires, endangered animals, & so much more. I believe that if the people of Zimbabwe stood up & fought for their rights then there may be a possibility that they will overcome their problems & they wont be in the hidden from the rest of Africa or the world. I honestly can say that Zimbabwe has the potetional to do so ; if u asked me. |

i am a loyal and homesick Rhodie. Born and bred! i emigrated as a teenager in 1984, but not by choice . it kills me every day to see my homeland left to ruin because our neighbours wont interefere. i have always believed, if all us rhodesians stood together and stormed Beit Bridge, we could make a difference not only for our children and our heritage but for the innocent lives of those stick stuck that side of the border. My green and white flag still hangs proudly in my lounge and as a mother of 4 today, i would really like to take my babies "home' one day.
I AM PROUD TO BE A "WHEN-WE".

Zimbabwe is one of the best countries in the world only that it is receiving unfair bad publishing in other countries.They are trying to potray Zimbabwe as a country were none can leave or is the "survival of the fittest" land.This is not the case,though things deteriorating in Zimbabwe it is still a free country were you can walk more freely than other countries which are at the forefront of decampaigning the country.These people are trying to make known the political differences in the country at the expense of the majority of Zimbabwe whole now suffering more as the country is facing isolation from the international community. |
