I am preparing a case for Moisture content for wheat flour, in my country earlier we had 13.5 % moisture content standard which was later converted to 13 % at the order of Peshawar High court, but glabally moisture content is 14-15%. less than 15% is recommended. but differance of 2 % costs us a lot. so we are trying to meet the international standards, please if NATION MASTER can provide me WHEAT FLOUR MOISTURE CONTENT STANDARD for all the nations it will be very helpful for us, it is not presently available at Nation master, hope NATION MASTER or any one GUIDES ME.
THANKS A LOT ,

I want to grow a suitable variety of wheat to bake bread at home. The local farms grow a soft winter wheat which I assume is unsuitable for the hearty full textured breads I want. Is spring duram the answer?
