There should be INSTANT REPLAY...PLEASE look at what Professional Hockey uses instant replay it is very good.
They have a 3 man panel reviewing a questionable goal from the NATIONAL HOCKEY LEAGUE HEAD OFFICE. They review and make a decision within seconds that gets relayed to the on ice Officials. Soccer should use this for all questionable goals ( there are not that many ). I would consider this panel to be Referee assisstants.
Michel Platini is wrong that 2 more field referees are needed and he alone should not be making this dinasour decision. How can this on field referee see anything if a player is between the ball and referee.
Hockey has a great system..the point is about making the right and fair call.
Michel Platini should be FIRED. |
