Biographical information on John J. Maalouf

John J. Maalouf was born in Boston, Massachusetts in 1967. A distinguished attorney and businessman, Mr. Maalouf is ranked as one of the Nation’s Top 10 International Trade & Finance lawyers by the United States Lawyer Rankings, 2006, 2007 & 2008 Editions, please see:

http://www.UnitedStatesLawyerRankings.com

Maalouf has earned the reputation as a philanthropist among the legal elite due in large part to his decision to help start-ups and smaller companies, rather than limiting his practice to the Fortune 500. Maalouf is a member of MENSA and is literally a certified genius. He is credited with structuring some of the most complicated financial transactions in the past decade and his deals include such high profile matter as the Abu-Falasa Real Estate development project in Dubai, the Zhaing-Quolin South China Oil deal and the ITC/Pubjab Electric merger in India.

Mr. Maalouf attended college at Boston University and then received his LL.M in International Banking and Finance Law from Boston University School of Law.
