Dear Sir or Madam.
I am a final year student doing a Degree in Food Science in the Regional Technology Collage. For our final year we are given a project to do on some sector of the food industry. The title that I received was The Pasteurisation and Preservation of Crab.
Through my research on the World Wide Web and associated books I have found it very difficult to find specific information on the pasteurisation of crab. Especially information such as
· Types of pasteurisation method used.
· Core temperature of crab.
· Cycle time of Pasteurisation.
· Different containers used eg types and sizes.
· Storage temperatures before and after pasteurisation.
· Shelllife.
While researching on the Web I came across your company. I would be grateful if you could forward on any information on the pasteurisation method of crab, that would help me in the research of my project on The Pasteurisation and Preservation of crab.
