I am trying to get some information for my friends who are in Brisbane at the present time. The gentleman has had a serious back operation and is traveling back to Bundaberg with his wife next week. He cannot lift anything and I would like to know if there is access from a taxi to Platform 10 from street level so that they do not have to carry the luggage and are there porters there to help them. Also, they are supposed to pick up their return tickets at the station and I would like to know if it is possible to have them at Platform 10 on the day when they arrive. The folks are elderly and just cannot lug bags around a railway station. I would very much appreciate your help in this matter. |
