COMMENTARY

Miss Agnus Merryweather (Polly House, Lancaster, England)
22nd August 2008
Why does this article state "The symbol, or some variation thereof, was also featured on the Jolly Roger, one of the many flag designs of European and American pirates; ", when all 'classical' pirates who raised a similar flag were in fact European, with multi-ethnic and multi-cultural crews, and lets not mention crews with often from very diverse religious backgrounds.

Can this and other articles be expanded to reflect this and the facts?

Rather than simply some 'European's' opinion.
