Know the 1219th Engineer Fire Fighting Platoon was attached to the 9th US Army and took at least one KIA on 12/24/44 in the Ardennes. Should have been as many as three more Engineer Fire Fighting Platoons attached to 9th. Seek their numbers, their losses, KIAs and wounded and any other pertinent information about any of them.
