I love Teff Injera! My girlfriend, from Ethiopia, makes the most tasteful dishes with it. However, I eat Injera quite often and I would like to know the nutritional breakdown of Teff Injera. ie: Calories, dietary fiber, and total fat per serving. I am on Weight Watchers, and very much would like to calculate the point value(A system used by Weight watchers) of Teff Injera.

I have a patient on renal dialysis. he had to restrict his diet due to his disease. At this time it would be helpful to know the exact nutrition breakdown of Teff. ie: Calories, Na, Po4, K, Ca, CHO, Protein, Fe per serving what ever that would be
