Nick (South Africa) 11th March 2007	Can anyone say why the african countries have been left of this list? I can tell you that those countries above would not even make it to the top of that list or even the top 50 spots should you have included african countries into your study. Could you do this type of survey but focusing on african nations and South Africa in particular?
