23rd September 2007 		The source of this ranking, a report from International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), is not meant to provide a ranking for "Plastic surgery procedures by country." It's just a stat of plastic surgery procedures conducted by the REGISTERED MEMBERS OF ISAPS, not by every clinic in the listed countries. The number of ISAPS registered clinics is significantly lower than the real total number of clinics in many countries, and so ranking like this is hardly accurate.
