I wish there had been a graph for houses having less than 3 rooms.

I live in Canada and I can tell anyone for sure that the average house is about 1600 sq ft. and we have a much higher rate of <900 sq ft. condo and apt. dwellers than in the US. I'm not sure how they calculated that figure, but any Canadian reading this can vouch that most of our homes are connected garden homes reminicent of the UK.
