Steven,
New Zealand compiles its crime data differently to most other countries. We are also the least corrupt country in the world, meaning the police are rarely bribed, and so all crime is accurately recorded. It is almost impossible to compare data like this. |

Canada has a population of 30 million people. The US has about 250 million people. The percentage of victims in Canada will be higher by default because of their small population |
