The statistics for Papua and New Guinea are totally inaccurate. It would be correct to say that between 1998-2000 there were 15 judges; but there were also 85 magistrates who have not been taken into the calculation.

With such wildly inaccurate figures for one country it makes the whole table suspect.

The figures for Papua and New Guinea are a joke, they are totally inaccurate. It may be accurate to say that between 1998-2000 there were 15; but there were also close to 85 magistrates which have simply not been included in the calculation.

With such wildly inaccurate figures for one country it makes the whole table suspect.
