30th December 2006 		Why USA has only 0.5% of the prisoners? When just in California at lest is 60% of the inmates are immigrats.Also New york,Illinois,Florida,Texas,etc. They have the same problem.The illigal immigration it's a big problem Presidet Bush has a blind spat, for some how he doesn't see it.
