Croatia, wow! 17% of votes are invalid. I wonder if they are fit for the EU with so many forgeries during elections. |

How about India and China? Also, please let me understand what type of election are being considered? Is it only at the national level or even the local assembly election. I guess India would be on top.
I would be happy to see statistics of the violence and crime occuring during election campaigns and during election.
