ABU AMMAR 5th April 2011	YOU MISSED THE POINT BIG TIME!! THE CORE WORD HERE IS "GDP". AS A BIGGER COUNTRY, ETHIOPIA HAS A MUCH LARGER GDP THAT ERITREA. HENCE, THE 10.8% ETHIOPIA RECEIVES MAKES IT STILL A HIGHER RECIPIENT OF AID.
