Most of the "concerns" that we are currently hearing from the Bush administration are cynical propaganda typical to the United Sates government. Iran has every right to nuclear energy. It's a shame about the ignorance of many western citizens. Here are the lies that the United States government tell.
.The United States claims that Iran hid a nuclear weapons program in the past.
The possibility of developing nuclear weapons was discussed on Iran's national radio, the issue being open to the 64 million people that Iran's population consists of, amongst them were many U.S Journalists etc. It was agrees that the utilisation of Nuclear power was good idea, and simultaneously decided that developing nuclear weapons would be a liability and inadequate for defending the country against an Israeli attack.
. The United States claims that Iran, a country labelled upon the "Axis of evil", is notorious for harbouring, benefacting and supporting international terrorists. The Iranian government, in particular Mahmoud Ahmadinejad have been attempting to wipe out terrorism for years, in an attempt to improve foreign relations.
Beyond this, the United States government gets along fine with a number of countries that have hid their nuclear weapons programs in the past, including Egypt, including South Korea, including Libya.
Iran needs nuclear energy, as it is a rapidly industrialising country with enourmous energy demands. Nuclear power is cheaper than oil, as it is the only industry that accepts full reponsibility for its waste.
How did such an inept and careless person get in charge of the most powerful and influential country on the planet? President Bush can barely string a sentence together, whereas Iranain president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is intelligent enough to have completed a Phd! I trust Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's opinion far more. |
