Where are Austria and the Czech Republic? Glaring omissions.

Denmark comes in at number 1 because it is the undisputed world capital of bacon. Many Danes eat it every day for breakfast and also eat a lot of gammon steaks for dinner. Spain consumes a very large amount of cured meats, especially hams and sausages (chorizo, pork sausage). I know because I live in Spain. I also formerly lived in Hong Kong for 2 years, where the barbecued pork, known as char siu, is most people's favourite meal and their equivalent of fast food.
