FACTOID # 2: Norwegians drink 10.7 kilograms of coffee per person each year. They also lead the globe in anxiety disorders. Maybe it’s time to switch to herbal tea.

This data is not plausible. Best example: Mexico missing?

One very obvious concern I've had is: Why do we allow food stamps to pay for soda and other junk foods? If president Obama is so concerned about the availability of affordable food sources and Michele Obama is committed to the prevention of childhood obesity, (and likely its related diseases), they could start by eliminating access to junk foods with food stamps. We already regulate what foods pregnant women and young children can receive through the WIC program, (which is a "subsidized" food store accessed through special vouchers available to low-income mothers). We should also transform the Welfare and SSI systems so that these government funds can't be converted to cash which is used to fund the majority of the cigarettes, alcohol and illicit drugs consumed in this country. This is proven by the fact that the greatest cosumption and subsequent health problems occur in the communities that access these funds the most. This would also be very instrumental in lowering health care costs for those who rely on Medical Assistance as we would be working on "preventing" rather than continuously treating some preventable or at least "delayable" health conditions.

I hava always read that Mexico is the second country for Coca Cola and the second worldwide in per capita consumption. Your numbers don`t make sense with tow thirds of the world with ¨no data¨.
