Putting an end to the concept of "the virgin cure" in South Africa would be a good first step to reducing the number of new AIDS victims. I'd tell those to stop swapping blood in third world countries. Education, of course, is the key. |

I notice that the top five leading countries are all third world countries. We need humanitarian assistance to make schools in these areas so kids can educate themselves enough to prevent this virus from harming them. |

Botswana is on this list at number 22. It has a tiny population and slightly fewer cases of AIDS cases as practically all of western Europe (see Italy at 43, Spain 44, France 46, Germany 67, Portugal 72). |

1. How come Botswana does not feature on this list?
It has a higher HIV Aids rate than South Africa. ?
