I think it would be wise for women around the world to focus on their original women's lib. goal, which is an expectation of equality in societal matters. To perpetuate a culture of "man bashing" is ultimately perpetuating the same malady from which women suffer...to this day. I was raised by a strong willed single mother and have respect for women and what they inherently contribute to our world. Don't think that there aren't men that respect women. However, being the loudest and at the same time most demeaning voice is not going to help the respect of women to spread as it will merely inspire more oppression.

Edria, you said: "life expectancy for females is typically higher than that of males for discrepancies due to certain factors but often when all things are equal, males do die earlier. Unborn males die at almost twice the rate as unborn girls and newborn males have a higher death rate than newborn girls. I think the best reason for this was written about by Ashley Montagu who wrote "The Natural Superiority of Women" which shows that instead of being the superior gender as most males brag about, males as a whole are actually much weaker than women. It is this natural weakness which causes males to die sooner and it is our superiority as women which make us the stronger gender. Along with biological weakness, males also have a higher tendency for violence in which they most often kill other males thus reducing the male life expectancy even further. |

i think that you should make graphs of life expectancy... one side fe-male the other side male.starting from 0-5 then 6-15 then 16-21 etc, it is good for projects! |
