Would like to know this statistic by cars owned, not by 100 000 people. Wondering if it is possible.

Sixteen is too young of an age to start driving. Think it could be our kids out on the road the day some teenage boy or girl decide to act stupid and hit us and our child. We could be seriously damaged.

It would also be interesting to compare fatality rates relative to total miles driven in a country. If few people drive, then obviously you'll have a low fatality rate, but that doesn't mean that the drivers are any better.
