Al 1st July 2011	The U.S. is probably sitting at a 100 percent which not only makes it number 1 but also it too insignificant to be shown on this chart.

Mark 15th December 2005	Ditto the above. Strange thing is that if you follow the link to the OECD (quoted as the source for the graphs, etc) the U.S. is included ... and they are in 1st place.
