Even though sri lanka spends low amount of money for the health sector, it has achieved good health index comparatively to other countries.Therefore health indexes do not merely depend on the money.

Strange stats.
How can Singapore be ranked 149th in the world in health spending?Similarly Malawi one of the poorest nations on earth is ranked 12th,even better than France and Canada.
Somebody please explain.
