27th April 2005 		It would be informative if there were a comparison saying what percent of the total population of these countries is educated to the percentage reaching the tertiary education level. Im Germany, for example, it looks like a huge percent of the educated are unemployed. Could that be because a larger percentage of the population is educated to that level?
