I find it hard to believe that some of the countries on this list consider homosexuals to be undesirable, eg. Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, countries like these are the most gay friendly! |

I had no idea that one in three people in my home country of Canada considers living beside a gay person undesirable. I am revolted by this. Despite my background in environmental science, social injustice, and personal counseling (and all that I know about the bleak future we are facing if we don't fess up and change drastically), I tend to favour optimism. This statistic hit home as a terrifying reflection of the state of the world and in this moment has zapped my hope. |

What is so undesirable about homosexuals and people of a different race? I think you should maybe rephrase that. |
