Glad to see that Ireland does not make it onto your militaristic list. Any country that spends more on its military that on its civilian population, especially those below the poverty line, is storing up trouble for itself in the long run. |

yeah this is not really expressing "most militant". if you check out the definition of militarism or militaristic governments/nations you'll find that it is not just expenditure per capita on military. it is also the extent to which the military has power over the nation/government/education etc. etc. and the extent to which the military is a part of every citizen's life (whether you like it or not!).
Dont mean to be offensive but NK for example in this sense should probably rank higher than 31...
